Do you offer express shipping?Updated 6 months ago

We offer express shipping to eligible shipping destinations. Orders must be placed before 1PM GMT (11:30 PM GMT for international orders) cut-off period, if placed after this time, it will be processed and shipped the following working day from Mondays to Thursdays. 

Any orders placed on Friday after 1PM GMT (11:30AM GMT for international orders) or over the weekend with Next Day / Express delivery will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times.

Also please note we do not offer weekend deliveries, any order placed before the cut-off period on Friday will be delivered on Monday. 

Some more rural areas might not be able to be processed with express shipping, due to the location. If you are within one of these areas, you will be contacted by our customer service and a refund for the cost of the shipping will be issued. 

We would also like to make you aware, that during our peak periods we might not offer express shipping.
