Can I Cancel My Order?Updated a month ago

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to below for further instructions.

If you do not wish to receive the parcel, this can simply be refused upon delivery and the courier will return the parcel to us.

Once the tracking information has updated to show the order is being returned to sender, please let our Customer Care team know and we will put through your refund for your returned parcel.

*Please note, that this does not apply to Monogrammed items. We will not accept refused returns of these items as they are non-returnable.

If you are unable to refuse the package, please return any unwanted items back to us within 28 days of receipt. Please use our dedicated returns portal, which can be found here.
