Thank you for shopping with us! If you need to return any part of your order, you have 28 days from the receipt of the parcel to do so.
HOW DO I RETURN?
- Go to our returns portal with your order number and email address. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email.
- Select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return, then follow the steps on our returns portal.
- Package your items in the original packaging with the updated delivery note and follow the instructions provided on our returns portal.
If you would prefer not to use our online returns portal, you’re welcome to return your order independently to the following address:

Before sending your return, please make sure to:
- Clearly include your order number inside the parcel so we can process your return efficiently.
- Use a tracked shipping service; we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Ensure items are in their original condition and returned within 28 days of receiving your order.
We kindly request for you to keep hold of your proof of postage until your refund has been successfully processed.
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. However, you can return your online order for a full refund and place a new order for the correct items.
Please note that shipping is non-refundable.

FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is incorrect or faulty, please contact [email protected] within 14 days of the receipt of the parcel to obtain a refund.
Please do not post any faulty or incorrect items back to us before our customer care team has advised you.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or if a subsequent manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months after delivery.
Any items displaying damage deemed to be a result of wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Please note that we are unable to accept personalised items as faulty if the damage is a result of general wear and tear. Please contact our customer care team if you would like further information.
