How long does it take to process my return?Updated 7 months ago

We aim to process your return and refund for you as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed after returning the item(s) to our warehouse. If you have not been refunded after 14 working days of returning the item, please contact us with the proof of postage information on your Post Office receipt and we will look into this for you.  

Please remember to obtain a proof of postage. Without a proof of purchase we cannot issue a refund.
