AVAILABILITY

To avoid disappointment and delays, you can only order items that are currently in stock.

Our site will tell you if an item is out of stock in a particular size – unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that new stock will become available.  

HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE

• Start browsing by clicking on the product categories in the navigation menu at the top of the screen.
• Click on product pictures to see more information and more detailed imagery.
• When you find an item you want to buy, click the "Add to basket" button, the item will now be shown in your shopping basket on the right of the screen. 
• The total cost of all items in the basket will be calculated automatically. This includes VAT.
• You need to have cookies enabled in your Web browser to shop here. We use cookies to personalise your shopping experience and keep track of your shopping session and the items in your shopping basket. If you do not accept cookies, you will not be able to purchase from the Bluebella website. Your Web browser will probably be automatically set to use cookies - click here to check your browser.
• When you have finished selecting items to buy, either review your items with the ‘Review Bag’ button or click the 'Check Out’ button and you will be taken through the simple and secure payment process.
• You can pay by credit card, debit card, Klarna or PayPal.
• Your card details are verified automatically online by Shopify Payments and are not stored on the site.
• Your personal details are kept secure at all times and are not shared with any other companies.
• Once an order is placed on our website, we are unable to make changes or additions.
