What If I've Received A Damaged Product?Updated a month ago
If your item is incorrect or faulty, please contact [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
Please do not return any faulty or incorrect items before receiving guidance from our Customer Care Team.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were delivered in a damaged condition, or if a manufacturing fault arises within 6 months of delivery.
Items that show damage as a result of normal wear and tear will not be considered faulty. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Please note that personalised items cannot be accepted as faulty if the damage is due to general wear and tear. If you would like further information, please contact our Customer Care Team.
